I'm a junior right now and I'm taking 3 APs this year (US History, Language, Statistics) Self studying for AP Physics (Taking Honors Physics since our school doesnt offer AP Physics) and Accelerated Math 3. Last year as a Sophmore I took AP World and scored a 5 on the exam.

Next Year, I plan on taking AP Bio, AP Calc, and AP Lit for sure, but I want to know if taking AP Econ or Gov. would be a good idea too. If I don't take Econ or Gov, those 3 APs I take will be the only academic classes I take senior year...Would colleges not want 4 classes?

I plan on Applying to GA Tech (since I live in Georgia)

Hey I’m a georgian too and we have the Math 1, 2, etc system too. Are you from Cobb?

richmond county haha

Huh, I’ve never heard of Richmond county lol. Anyway, I would definitely take AP Gov or econ, they’re considered one of the easier AP’s, and if you’re only taking 3 other academic classes you could easily handle AP gov/econ.

are u familiar with the virtual school, because since i’m planning on majoring in CS I was thinking about taking AP CS on virtual school since my school doesn’t offer it (-_-)

I think you’d really want more academic class than that. AP Psychology is supposed to be pretty easy. Or, if you don’t want to take another AP, how about some elective courses (pick easy ones that still sound good). For instance, at my school computer programming and marine biology are considered very easy–but colleges won’t necessarily know that. A good way to fill out your schedule.
