Should I take ap biology?

Freshman year I took honors biology and got an A- average. Sophomore year I took honors chemistry and got an A average, partially because the teacher was easy and didn’t really care. I signed up for AP biology, because I liked honors bio and I liked biology when I took it in middle school. I thought that the teacher that taught honors bio would teach ap bio, but now its going to be a new teacher. Also, I like learning about cells and how things work in the body, but I’m not quite sure if I like learning about different species of animals. Also, theres about a 70% chance I’m playing a fall sport with practice til 6:30pm everyday. I know that I’m going to be doing a winter sport as well. My school also offers anatomy and physiology. I’m torn because I’m already taking 2 honors classes and two IB classes. Will AP bio look good for colleges? I was planning on taking honors physics senior year. Should I take regular physics this year, then take AP bio senior year? Or should I take anatomy this year, then honors physics? Or should I just stick with AP bio and then honors physics? Would AP bio be too much for my schedule?

Do what you feel comfortable with. It won’t make or break your application.

Stick with AP Bio and Honors Physics. However, I recommend taking physics junior year and AP bio senior year but in the long run the order wont matter much.

I am a rising junior - planning to take AP Bio junior year and Physics senior year. Just curious why poster above says to take physics junior year instead? I’ve always heard that Physics is a lot of math. I am taking Honors Precalc as junior and thought it better to wait to take Physics until done with that class.

take ap physics one instead of honors

also dont take ap biology senior. colleges focus more on your junior year and ap biology looks very good
