Should I take AP Econ or Regular Econ?

Hi, I am having a hard time deciding whether to take AP Econ for 2 Semesters or Regular Econ for 1 semester.

My other classes this year are:
AP Statistics
AP English
AP Chemistry
Pre-Medical Honors (Easy Anatomy type of class)
Latin I
Econ regular or AP Econ

Will this decision affect my chances for college? My top choice is pitt's bs/md medical guarantee. The other thing is that the teacher is teaching AP Econ for the first time so I think more self study will be needed.

Thanks!

Are you a senior?

Yes I am a Senior

Take AP Econ. Your schedule is pretty easy without it.

AP Econ is a really easy class, it is just basic analyzing… I mean really basic

AP Econ. Your schedule seems pretty light otherwise and it’ll be a more rigorous course load if you take AP (or, it will seem like it on your transcript and college application).

ap econ - you will have to take two ap tests because macroeconomics and microeconomics are different ap exams, but still worth it because the class isn’t hard either
