I took the ACT two times already. My first score (April) was C 29 (E 29, M 28, R 24, S 34, W 7). Then I took it again in June, resulting in these scores: C 33 (E 31, M 32, R 34, S 36 W 8). I'm planning to apply to some Ivy League schools and Duke. The thing that I concerned with is whether or not to take the test again, aiming for 35/36? My writing scores are not good. The English and Math ones aren't that great either for the Ivies, and improving those seems like a thing that might help me. Also, I am an international student, and it looks like scores that are higher than are expected from me. However, I've heard some people saying that taking it multiple times might give a bad impression about me to the admissions council. So, assuming that I will greatly improve my scores, even up to 36, should I take it a third time or just leave it as it is now?

Bump! Please, I need an anvice!

If you’re applying to Ivies, I would recommend studying over the summer and taking it again. Your score places you at around the 25th percentile for schools like Duke (below average). Which is worse because you have worse odds as an international students. Plus depending on where you come from, your competitors will have perfect math scores (eg China, India)

But don’t take the ACT blindly. Use practice tests near your test date to make sure your test score is where you want it to be.

I agree that you should give it another try. You showed great improvement from the first to second time. Consider buying a prep book to focus on the areas you struggle with. Good luck!
