I already took the ACT, and I received a 33. I'm confident that I could do reasonably good on the SAT, but I don't know if I could get a score that would be "equivalent" to a 33. Almost all schools, even Ivies, accept the ACT by itself, but is not taking the SAT going to hurt my chances of admission?

No, if they say they accept the ACT instead of the SAT, then it's fine to just submit the ACT.

No. A 33 ACT is not going to hurt your chances anywhere. You can get into great schools by just sending that in alone.

If the schools you're looking at require SAT IIs (even with the ACT w/ writing), focus your energy there.
