Okay, I was accepted at my safety school, receiving a letter dated for 4 days after I sent my application in (I don't know if they were desperate or what). Now I know that it is my SAFETY school, but I don't know if I should be taking this in a negative manner or not:

I was offered a scholarship that you technically have to be interviewed for and write all sorts of additional essays, etc., right off the bat (sent with my acceptance letter).

I was accepted to the Honor's Scholar Program, again, no interview (even though it is required).

I got a letter hand-signed by the President of the school saying that she would like to meet with me and build a personal relationship throughout my college experience.

I think that I should be happy about this, but all I keep thinking is that I am a pretty "mediocre" student, and "if they're doing all of this for ME, how low are their standards?" What would you do/think?
