I will have excellent essays and rec's and possible alumni/donator connections to the schools i apply to.

I would like to know the best school I have a chance at.
I am most likely going to end up at University of Miami but would like my other options. Thanks a lot to everyone that help.

I am hoping to get into the accelerated Med. Program as i aspire to be a Plastic Surgeon. If not i am unsure of what i will put as my major, but something that has to do with pre-med. If i can i would double major in business and my medical major.

Your chances seem pretty low to me. Your SAT
s aren
t stellar, and your grades are not perfect either. I`m curious how your in the top 10% with a 3.4-ish (uw) 3.5-ish (w) GPA--your school must be really tough. Anyways, I think your chances are low, but you should always apply. I think you will get into Miami, though; it seems like your top choice...

yes, miami is my top solely becuase i love my city. I wouldnt like to live in a boring small town. I agree that my grades are not stellar aswell. If i raised my SAT to a 2300 would i be more likely?

Your grades are not that great, it would still be a very very low chance with the fact that you don't have much in the form of ECs during Freshmen and Sophomore year. Still apply knowing that chances are slim. Good Luck. Hoya Saxa

well , right now you still havnt even started junior year ( as you dont have grades for those classes), so its tought to tell since junior year is very important.

Your gpa is very low, and with grades like a B in honors biology, it will be difficult to do in the AP version of the class.

Also, take ap stats , i loved it; i learned a great deal of cool/useful info.

I think your ec's are fine

Have a great junior year and you will give yourself a good shot... its definitely not too late. You can also raise your test scores a bit.

Do you have anything special that makes you stand out?

not that i can think of.. waht kind of things?

with junior GPA of 4.3 and 4's or 5's on my ap's will i have a shot?

If your junior year is stellar, and if you bring your SATs up to above 2000, and if you put together a thoughtful application that highlights your interests ard why a particular school is a good match for you, then I suppose you have a shot at most schools except the top 10. Of course, that's a lot of IFs.

Your **** is weak son.
Just kidding man, I have been dying to say that.
Work hard and get recruited for lacrosse.

Lol thats my hopes for all the IVY's... But im just an above average goalie
