Should I waste time applying for Engineering Honors

<p>The average SAT 1 for engineering honors is 1460.</p>

<p>I have a 1330 but a SAT 2 of Math2c 800 and Chemistry 700.
GPA is 3.93uw w/ 13 honors and 2 APs.
Max honors/ AP at school is like 18 but that means taking multiple languages which is almost impossible.</p>
