I want to sign up for a summer course at UCLA, Computer Science 32. It doesn't seem like an equivalent course (usually called Data Structures) is regularly scheduled during the summer for any nearby CC. This class is part of the major I applied to at UCLA and will contribute towards minors at other UC schools. I had originally been signed up for this class during the summer but I had to drop it since the introduction to C++ class I had taken really didn't cover the stuff I needed to know to succeed.

I am currently taking a more complete C++ class and will take the course that follows it during the spring quarter so I would be prepared to take CS 32 during the summer. However, I'm worried that this might affect admissions somehow. Any thoughts?
