Siemens - Is it too late?

<p>I really regret not having done a research project during my years as a high school student. Just last week my physics teacher read us a letter he received in the mail about the Siemens competition and it made me wonder... if he just received that letter now, is that suggesting that it's not too late to do a research project this summer? I'm going to be a senior next year.</p>
