Sigh...schedule conflict

Yes, it's that time of year again. Thanks to the wonderfully convoluted scheduling system at my HS, I have to drop one of my courses.

Now, I can replace it with either AP Environmental Science or AP European History, so here's the dilemma--while EnvSci deals more with my career pursuit (science-oriented) and my interests, there's a likelihood that it'll be a semi-fluffball class. On the other hand, while Euro will be of mild-moderate difficulty, I don't intend to pursue history in the future, and I already have the World and US APs under my belt.

Advice? Recommendations?

Check the core requirements of whatever college you intend to go to, see if euro can get you out of anything that US and World won't.

Either way self-study APES (what I'm doing for next year). I hear it's painfully easy.

well, if i took an AP science course, it would be one of the tough and basic ones such as chem bio or physics, compared to those, environmental science seems like a fluff class
i'd do european history even though i'd have to work harder
plus, you already had world history
unfortunately, my school doesn't offer that course =[

aww..well...i hope u figure this out..
BIG HUG

If you are a senior or are already take a lot of AP classes, take APES. It will be an easy A, yet still an AP class. Also, if it relates to you future career, why not take it now?

Yeah, if I were you, I'd take APES. Personally, I'm not interested in that at alllll, and woudl do Euro, but for you, environ. sci sounds good :]

APES is a joke.

Like, I absolutely did no studying, drew comics on my answers (menacing grim reaper, of course, to illustrate the dangers of acid rain!). My friend answered an open ended partly with "there are less children because Americans watch porn all the time." We both 5'd it.
