significant senior year grade drop

I had all A's before senior year, is it bad having 3 B's for my senior mid-year report??? I'm taking like 6 APs. A's in all science and math, B's in rest....... Does this somehow tell the colleges that I can't survive in a hard non-science class, or would they understand the course-load and the stress applying to college affecting my performance?
Would this affect my admission to very selective colleges?
thanks

I honestly think that if you're taking 6 APs...well, first of all, that's a ridiculous courseload - most college students wouldn't take 6 courses one semester, so that's really silly to me. But anyway, if you pull at least one of those up, or even not, it's not like you're getting C's or barely passing. I think it's understantable in your scenario.
