Simmons personal

Not only is Simmons good for its small classes so people can get to know each other more, but Simmons is personal with its students. I received a personal note today from Simmons. I guess that is the only personal note I'll be getting from schools. I js want to say I appreciate Simmons for this.

I received a personal note too, from a gradutate of simmons who majored in psychology. ( what I intend to major in)

I'm having trouble deciding where to go... its between simmons and wheaton (MA). I went to the simmons open house and i really liked it there and i'm going to the wheaton open house on fri.
I'm planning on majoring in psych. and minoring in music ( i play the violin)

I know wheaton is "academically better" but I feel like simmons is really going to blossom soon and become even better than it is now. At the simmons open house that I went to, the speaker said this is the first year that they became more selective and actually reduced the size of the freshmen class.. hopefully things will become more clear when I see wheaton...

Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks!

Is Wheaton giving you an efficient amount of money? I, too, think Simmons will rise up from the other schools. For me, it's between Simmons and Northeastern. Simmons is nice with it's ratio of faculty to student but Northeastern has the co-op program and I want to do that. Did you feel welcome at the Simmons Open House. I couldn't go becuase I overslept...;[

I'm trying to decide between Simmons, Northeastern and BU. I know they are all very different, but I really feel that I could enjoy myself and get a great education at each of them (I'm planning to major in psych too Paris) I'm visiting Bu tomorrow for Open House but haven't actually toured Simmons or anything yet. Is there any way I can arrange to see the campus while im in Boston tomorrow, or is this pushing it? Anyone have any advice regarding the psych programs at Simmons, NEU and BU? I'm goin nuts here! Please anybody...your 2 cents would be GREATLY appreciated!

Simmons gave me a scholarship and I really like the personal touch and effot they put into everything.

Wheaton didn't give me any scholarship $ and they want me to start in Janurary. I know whis may seem like an obvious decision but i'm having a lot of trouble. I know Wheaton is "academically better" and "better recognized" but I'm really mad about having to go in January, its not fair at all. Wheaton's campus was also so pretty when I went. I talked to the dean today face to face about Jan. admissions and she didn't really give me a straight answer, nor did she seem to care about the Jan. admission problem. She seemed rather annoyed and she said some other ppl already asked her if they could come in Sept. instead.

I know I will have no prob. adjusting to Simmons becuase it just seems very warm and the professors actually care about you. I just worry I may not get as good of an edu. as Simmons compared to Wheaton.
ughh this is so annoying and Jan. admission is stupid. Simmons is starting to look better and better but I still like Wheaton :-/

Any input would be appreciated. Espically if you can try to make me feel better about going to Simmons by mentioning some good things about the school!

thanks!!

What is Simmon's tuition for the year 2006-2007? Paris87, go with your instincts.

Is every acceptance letter personalized?
