Since everybody's doing it!...

I'm curious to know my chances as well lmao

I'm applying for spanish/latin american studies (depending on the school)

3.72 gpa

this semester, definitely not as good.

UCSC/UCSD/UCLA/Berkeley/UCSB

gracias! :)

out of curiosity what sort of career prospects do you expect with a foreign language degree? like a teaching gig or something? I’ve always wondered that when I see languare majors. seems like something you would want to dual major in, so that you could be say an engineer in germany or an architect in spain. just wondering…

from my own looking at stats I’d say your well above the average in terms of GPA for that major… shouldn’t be a problem at any of the schools you want.

to be completely honest, I have NO idea! haha
i’m just pickin a major that i’m interested in, because nothing else appeals to me.
I seriously have no clue what i’m going to do after college (nothing like engineering, doctor, nurse, architect, teacher…nope…lol)

You should become a spanish adult entertainment actor because you are already in san fernando valley.

^ I lol’d.

I think your chances are above average since that major is not competitive.

you can become a translator for the state, make actually good money. or you can study farsi or arabic and go into the FBI.

yeah pretty much in at the lower ucs and good chance at cal/la given your gpa and major.

no idea as to your chances, but wow, over 1700 posts and you haven’t asked for your chances before!?!

Not for the CA school systems
haha
lmao
I’ve done a lot of BS posts on here just to pass time :)

lol Jeremybeach. I love the way you think man. Anyways, your chances are good pending you have more than GPA:

i.e. EC’s, Comm service, good essays, upward trend.
