Single room at UCLA?

Is it possible to live in an on-campus single room as a UCLA transfer student? I lived in a triple during my first year at UCSD, and I'm pretty much done with that x_x. I moved off campus this year and I live in a single... so I'm pretty set on staying in a single.

its possible if that is the room you get, you cant really select it. You just pick your options in order of preference but you might not get any of those preferences. Housing at ucla is short, they simply gurantee you housing, not the housing you want.

From what I hear it is nearly impossible to get a single, especially as a new student. UCLA gives priority to those students who have already been living on campus. However, the few students who receive singles do not want them though since they are more expensive so you might be able to find someone and swap rooms with them. good luck!
