Sinner's Alley Happy Hour (Part 1)

My pleasure. Maybe your son can come to Open Mike Night In The Alley and give us a reading:).

Strolling on it after posting on the Bragging thread… Today, D got full time job offer for post graduation next summer. Happy for her … and us! A smaller payroll in 12 months!

Barkeep, cosmos and cheetos for all!

Awesome!

I’ll drink to that! :D

Wait…was I under the table for all of July??? It sure felt like it.

Is this a 2 for 1 happy hour? I just looked at the stock market. :(

Stock market bad…gosmom D job good. In any case, count me in for drinkies!

Bumping up the alley so that our new crop of empty nesters can belly up to the bar

Good plan, sybbie!

Either drown your sorrows or throw confetti & stand us all to a round!

Cheez doodles & peanuts, as usual, are on every table. Just throw your shells on the floor…

Empty nestahs! And it’s Burning Man time of year. Remember when SBMom and I wanted to go to Burning Man? Ah, youth.

Gimme another glass of house wine. And some bar nuts.

:)

OMG, serendipity, just wandered in after mucho longo timeo.

SBmom! Hulloooooooooo! Sit down and stay a while?

lunch hour and I’m stopping by for bloody marys and beer nuts. That, plus the “cheese” in the cheetos, would cover all the food groups, right?

Cheers!

Stopping by…I’m going to a wedding tonight. There will be much dancing. I am excited. :)

Have fun at the wedding!

I have a phone interview tonight with a company I really, really want to work for. Could I ask someone to have a drink of my behalf, to help me loosen up? Having one myself seems like a bad idea.

well…mantori…since you asked…I’ll force myself to have a drink on your behalf. Hope the phone call goes well. Do we have any of the puffed cheetos, by chance?

I’ll help you out m.s. Power and internet restored this afternoon. Seems like the perfect occasion for a tall one. That and the fact that the in laws are still here – no power yet at their place.

Mantori, I’ll be having a beer for you. Now that summer’s coming to a close. I feel the need to have one last cold one before I turn to the fall drinks!

Since we have survived our crazy week in NYC, Hurricanes and Earthquakes are on me

I didn’t realize this thread was still around!

Hello again!

And Mantori, good luck on the phone interview…let us know how it goes.
I just made some really good sangria…I’m happy to share.
