Getting started early on the weekend?! I’m in!

It’s still early. I’ll take an Irish coffee, please.

I think the marmots are at a naugahyde convention this week, but will return shortly. Whipping up mimosas and irish coffee. Do you want whipped cream on yours, DougBetsy?

Yes, please. And a dribble of creme de menthe to make it pretty. ;-)

It’s too early! Crackers and cheese and a fruit plate to share, please. Happy Pre-BDay, Jym.

Thinking of making a kir royale while I cut up the fresh fruit-- any takers?

Oh, why not. It’s virtual. How wrong can I go?

Using Roederer crystale. Its a special occasion. Bottoms up!!

Marmots get it with Asti Spumante. They can’t tell the difference.

I’m in. Any cheetos with that kir royale? Happy Birthday, jym!

Cheetos and gummy bears.

** and thanks!! @ weeks of celebrating ought to do it.

OOps- that should say 2 weeks. Celebrating too early, mayhaps??

Jym, happy birthday! I’ll take an extra large glass of virtual Red Tail red, please! 5 years ago it was my “sanity medicine” when baby kiddo was applying to those places where our youngsters go when they leave the parental nest. The time has come for her to apply to grad schools! And after gulping it down, I’ll pitch in with the cleanup of the Alley. :)

Time sure flies, BB!!!

All. Out. Of. High. School.

Bottoms up!

Absolutely a time to celebrate---- and drown ones sorrows for impending tuition payments.

Lots to celebrate! Thanks Jym626 for firing the alley back up.
Vanilla Vodka with fresh squeezed OJ. Tastes like a 50/50 bar of our youth.
I hope this thread brings back more posters from the past.

This thread still exists? Y’all can keep the fancy vodka, I’m heading straight to the margarita machine!

Do you want a little paper umbrella in the margarita??? Got a stack right here.

Someone pour me a stuff one please. I’ve been sitting at the airport for over 3 hrs while horrific storms blew through my neighborhood with circular clouds, trees down an power out. DH is stuck across town. Oh and the flight I am waiting for has been diverted to another city. Due back here in a few hours.

jym, I’ll have one of those paper umbrellas, thank you! I brought my own margarita since you are so busy with weather and airport worries. I also brought a red velvet cake in case anyone wants a bit of birthday cake tonight while you are busy. There’s a bit of Bailey’s in the cream cheese frosting, so it counts as Sinner’s Alley fare.
Hope everyone gets safely to where they’re headed tonight. Drive carefully through the storm-affected area, especially where power lines may be down.
