<p>I sent in my SIR for UCSD but got no links or any prompt to make a deposit</p>
<p>i also got an e-mail from UCSD saying:
This is an email confirmation: you have submitted your SIR and have accepted admission to UC San Diego.</p>
<p>Welcome to UC San Diego!</p>
<p>Does this mean that it wasn't required for me to turn in my deposit or what?? i'm so confused T.T</p>
<p>i also tried to call the admissions office... didn't work. -_-</p>
<p>That means that you deposit fee was waived.</p>

<p>I think we put down a deposit later or something because I got the same thing and I don’t qualify for a fee waiver. On the page that you get after submitting the SIR, it says that there will be more info coming so I assume that’s deposit, housing info, orientation, and other stuff like that.</p>
<p>^ or that. I don’t know, I didn’t have to pay for SIR nor the UC entry level writing exam, so i just assumed.</p>
<p>But we might have to pay the SIR later.</p>
