SJSU or UC Davis for Grad school?

I am transferring to either SJSU or UC Davis but I am very hesitant to pick which school I should go.
My dad told me to go to UC Davis but he told me that he will fully leave the decision up to myself and I respect that. But he STRONGLY suggested me that I should to go to Grad school (MBA) later, because he personally went to grad school and knows how much it can help with further career advancement and more knowledge.

I am leaning towards to UC Davis and told my dad that I think I’ll go there but I just don’t know if it’s the right choice. Money is not the biggest issue.

My counselor and friends told me that SJSU is more easier to get good grades then at UC. But it balances out that 3.0 in UC is equivalent to 3.5 in SJSU. That is also what my dad told me, “3.5 in SJSU will be looked as 3.0 in UCD when applying to grad school and the admission office knows that”. I am weary about this because as I look at the forums, your undergrad GPA is much decisive factor than where you go to your university. It’s a fact that UC does provide with more research which is a good thing to look in to Grad school. I just don’t know if Grad school admission officers, even out of California, knows the academic rigor of Davis to SJSU; the fact that it is harder to get higher GPA in Davis than SJSU.
