<p>Where are the closest ski/boarding hills? Do many studenmts do this on the weekends?</p>

<p>My D was interested in the same info. Here is what I found... </p>

<p>Greek Peak Mountain Resort is 18 miles from Ithaca College</p>

<p>Ithaca gives PE credit for ski/boarding classes and they have transportation to/from the school.</p>

<p>Greek Peak offers a college student season pass for $125 if purchased early and they come to the campus for sign ups. I think it happened in late September.</p>

<p>Yes, students do go there, the ones I know also go mid-week when it is less crowded. If you have a season pass and your own equipment, you can go for a few hours just for some exercise and fun.</p>

<p>It is about 30 minutes away.</p>
