Skinny v. Big ENVELOPE

hey do you guys know if the acceptance envelope is big? or are they both small regardless of decision?

thanks & good luck

Well, you'll find out online. So does it even matter?

For ED, I think they're both small regardless of decision.

on that day, due to random circumstances.. i KNOW i wont be by a computer. so i have to wait for my letter cause my mail comes waay early

You won't get your letter the 14th though. They'll probably send them the 15th.

send the 15th or receive the 15th? cuz if its sent then, then one prob wont get it till monday/tuesday

ahh!!!!
If anyone knows for sure or almost 100% sure... please tell. it's driving me nuts. especially since im a biggggg "GO IN THE MAILBOX & LOOK FOR THE LETTER THE TRADITION WAY" type person
=/

Your definitely not going to get it the 14th or the 15th. You'd probably get it on Monday. Penn probably expects most applicants to check their decisions online.

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU....dge!!!

oh well. thanks so much

Online is so scary !!!

im 100 percent sure that the decision letters are mailed on the 15th.

I got my PIN a week after my friends. It would be very bad if I get my decision in the mail a week after everyone else. Also, last year at MIT people accepted EA got their letters (they were pretty nice and made it obvious you got in) before people who were defered. Call a friend and have him/her check your decision. Who knows how long it will take to get the decision in the mail.

For ED the acceptance letters were in big envelopes so that the letter wasn't bent. I don't know what rejection letters were in, but I'd assume small envelopes. I think I got the letter a few days after decisions went up, maybe that Saturday. But I live 45 mins from Penn, so it might have gotten here faster then it would somewhere else, I'm not sure.

Re en Kam. Where do you live in PA? I live 45 minutes away too in Chester County

i'm in montgomery county

Lol...I guess the acceptance one is in a big envelop and delivered by Fedex...and the reject/defer will be in small envelops...they arrive late too.
