Hi,
I was planning on taking AP micro econ and macro econ tomorrow.
I am not taking a class, I am self studying, so it wouldn't really look sketchy if I didn't have a grade reported to college.
If I completely skipped macro, I just wouldn't receive a grade, right?
Or would I have to call and cancel?
And would colleges know if you canceled your score?
I'd rather get a 5 on one than get a 2 on both.

I’m pretty sure colleges KNOW if you cancel your score but only when you send them the official score report. You don’t have to self-report it on your college app if you don’t want to. I don’t know whether your exam is scored or not if you skip it…but I wouldn’t risk a 0! What I would do is go to the Macro test site and ask the proctors (if they’re guidance counselors from your school or something) what you should do, unless one of the people here know what course of action you can take.

Good luck!

You can just skip it, it won’t be scored. I’d recommend calling in sick and declining a make up test, because otherwise they might interrogate you about why you are missing it or something?
