<p>whoa....***? u get 5 and a half hours......assuming you have sleep soundly for that entire period....!</p>
<p>I just woke up from a 2 hour nap. i pretty much developed the same sleeping pattern as many of the posters on here, where i go to sleep for an average of 3 hours after school. i guess fatigued bodies react the same way to sleep loss (my body adjusted itself). Having this schedule works for me because I'm usually much better of to start homework after taking a long nap.</p>
<p>I usually sleep from like 2-6. Once in a while - maybe once a week - I'll take an additional 2 hour nap. I sleep like crazy on weekends, though.</p>
<p>I go to bed around 11: 30 every night, but it usually takes 45 minutes for me to fall asleep. I have to wake up every morning at 6: 41 to catch the bus to school, and every single morning, I feel as if I were in a war or something just so tired. Naturally, I feel sleepy in my Calculus and Chem classes since the teachers arent really interesting and they talk in a monotone all the time and all we do is listen. I try to chew gum or eat some chocolate to get some sugar in my system, but it doesnt work at all. After school, I take about a 20 minute nap, and at night Im all energetic, so I cant fall asleep when I should.</p>
<p>lucky I live 2 minutes frm school, so I normally barge in 1 minute before the bell rings. the bad thing is that I miss alot of before-school social life opportunities, but it's worth it, considering my bedtime is usually around 12. 1:30 during days before the apps were due.</p>
<p>I've been on study leave this whole week and the last.</p>
<p>And from last week, i've had 2 hrs of sleep each night.</p>
<p>And last night, I crashed and had 14 hours of continuous sleep - without waking up in between. crazy huh</p>
<p>I usually go to bed about 11 but lately haven't be able to fall asleep till like 2ish. I always get up about 8, but sleep in till 9 on Friday and don't wake up at a regular time on weekends (11ish maybe?).</p>
<p>I usually go to sleep round 10:30, but I've been having various problems sleeping (stress, parents, health issues, etc.) and sometimes get no more than 2 hours. I get up at 6:00 every morning and leave at 6:55. I usually get to the day student room (I'm a day stud at a boarding school) around 7:20ish depending on traffic. Though I don't board there, I have breakfast at school most days. Then I grab my books, go to class from 7:40-3:15, take a half hour break or do homework, have rehearsal from 3:45-5:45 generally, get home around 6:15, have dinner around 6:30 and do my homework and studying, etc. till around 8. I shower at night because I HATE getting up earlier than I have to. If I have more homework I study from about 9-10. If not, I hang out on the computer. Then if I have a quiz or test the next day I usually review before sleeping. Speaking of which...I have a Physics test tomorrow. :)</p>

eat/gossip with brother (lol) /watch tv till 5...
HW/CC/MSN :D till whenever....
dinner @ 9 or 10 sometimes 11 depending on my parents mood :D
and bed at usually 12....

<p>...and this is like good times for me....lol...during exam time last year, thanks to extreme procrastination and laziness, i had to study my bum off in the last three weeks, and ended up going to bed at 3 every day, getting up 6:30</p>

<p>On the weekdays i try to go to bed as early as possible, never really works out though. Theres always something on tv, more hwk or cc :) Then I get up at about 6:30.</p>
<p>On most weekend get up early because of ec's or running.</p>
<p>On weekdays, I normally take a hour nap after dinner but before 9 (especially on Tuesdays = can't miss House). I procrastinate way too much, otherwise I'd get all my homework done by ten. However, I normally start my homework at 11 or so, and I get done around midnight. I wake up at 6:30 every morning.</p>
<p>Normally on the weekends I go out with friends until midnight and wake up around 10 the next day. Not last night though - I collapsed on my bed at 6 and didn't wake up until an hour ago. I feel on top of the world - I can take on ANYTHING right now, I'm so well rested.</p>

<p>for me i get home from school and i sleep from 3:00PM to 7:00PM. I have dinner. Then I do homework from 9:00PM to 3:00AM then I go to sleep from 3:00AM to 5:00AM. Then I go surfing from 5:30AM to 7:30AM. Then I go to school.</p>
