<p>Anyone have any good/weird sleeping schedules that helps them focus/work better besides the normal stay up till 2 and wake up for school?</p>
<p>I take naps after school, usually from 3pm - 5:30pm, and then when I wake up, I study, read, etc - and then around 9pm, I begin homework because I work really well at night and I always manage to feel refreshed and awake for school.</p>

<p>Try not staying up till 2. That wrecks your body and mind if you keep it up for too long. You really will feel a lot better if you average closer to 8 hours.</p>
