Sleep Schedule....

<p>Yeah, my sleep schedule is pretty normal as well. I go to bed anywhere from 10:00- 2:00 , depending on what there is to do that night, and wake up at 6:00 when I have work, and 8:00 otherwise.
The latest I’ve ever slept in was 9:30 a.m. haha…</p>

<p>Eh, bed some time between 2-5am and wake sometime between 7-9am. I thrive off no sleep. I don’t think I’ve gotten more than 5 hours of sleep in a night since last summer…
Usually I’m on about 3-4 :slight_smile: :slight_smile:

<p>If you’re not too fond of reducing it by one hour per night, then start with half of an hour.</p>

<p>My sleep time is generally around 1-2 am, usually wake up around 10-11 but since I have drivers ed it’s been around 8 lately. So not as bad as some people here haha.</p>

<p>I just don’t get those people who go to bed before 10… I mean not only are they missing out on so much, how can you even feel remotely sleepy before 11?</p>

<p>During School: 10pm,11pm, or 12am - 5:30am</p>

<p>During Summer: lately:
4am-7am
2:30am-2:30pm
5:30am-3:00pm</p>

<p>Yeah, I sleep from 12:00 in the noon and wake up at around 7 in the evening. I’ve noticed that I get a lot more done at night rather than the day.</p>
