So basically, my sleep schedule is absolutely trash. Yesterday I went to sleep at 6AM and woke up at 4, and today/last night, I didn't even go to bed, and I'm going to the gym in 2.5 hours. I'm currently consuming acid in a cup (Diet Coke mixed with crappy OJ) and I just took a shower, but to almost no avail, I still feel like garbage. I need to adjust my sleep schedule and quickly..lol. I will probably take a 5 hour nap around Noon until dinner time, and that will be amazing.

All I know is, this sucks, but it feels good once you actually fall asleep.

What I did last night:
- Watched youtube videos
- Posted on CC
- Watched Yes Man @ 4:05 - 6:15
- After that movie, I thought about all of the things I should have said yes to, and thought about my regrets.. lol.

^Yours is like 9 hour jet lag too. I wish I could go to London so I could fix my sleep schedule, it’ll either push me back or forward 5 hours…lol.

^ haha yes! i think it’s 8 hours… i basically sleep during the afternoon hours over here and i’m completely awake during the early morning hours from 10- 5am.

then i start feeling sleepy around 6 am over here :/

i woke up at 12:30 pm today…now it’s almost 5pm.

i’m trying very hard to not sleep during the day so i can save it up for later. It’s also hard to sleep because i have so many things on my mind, i can get hyperactive, and my dad’s house is so uncomfortable to sleep in (and boring) :(

the exact same thing happens to me. I went to bed at 11 last night and i got up at 1:30 actually, it happens to me every night…i’m just hoping we can get a t.v. and some cable asap at least.

^I have a 32" HD TV in my room + my xbox + my macbook, so I’m pretty distracted otherwise as well. I just went to the gym and then took another shower, I feel a lot better, but I’m gonna feel tired after I go eat lunch out with my family and that’s when the crap phase begins again.

I think that you should gradually decrease the amount of hours you stay up past your ideal time. Set a sleeping time, for example, 12 am, and then each night reduce the amount of time you stay up by one hour. Try to turn off your computer about half an hour before you go to bed.

That’s what my parents tell me, it’s so hard. In August, I’m going to start studying and doing work for scholarly-related things so I become more tired. I’m going to try to work during school and after-school hours and put myself in a school scenario.

Well, my daily schedule pretty much is…
6am: wake up, shower
7am: meet my friends and bike to work
8am-1pm: work, lunch sometime after that
1pm-2pm: chill with my friend who works at a skate park
2pm-5pm: hang out, do whatever
5pm: go running or exercising of some sort
6pm: shower, dinner, power nap
7:30pm: go somewhere
11pm: usually home by then, chill on facebook and youtube and itunes until 1ish

Eurm, I’ve been going to sleep at 4 and waking up around noon every day for over a month. I’ve yet to feel very guilty about it.

I’ve not exercised for forever, which I don’t like, but my doctor put me to rest because my back is effed, so I’m actually not supposed to. I stretch pretty much every day though, and prefer slightly more athletic activities when with friends.

Now, I sleep at 1 AM, once Whose Line Is It Anyway reruns end. I wake up between 9:30 and 11AM, earlier if I have volunteering or something to do.

Last summer was bad… staying up at 4 AM regularly, I had to gradually sleep earlier for school so I won’t die the night before.

Well I just had a lulzy time with my parents. Went to eat lunch and I was spazzing out and having that thing when you’re tired and you act hyper anyway, it was hilarious. Now I have a sort of sugar rush + that and I feel weird. I just ate like half a bag of Swedish Fish which is 29 grams of sugar a serving, and I probably ate like 4 servings…wonderful.

My sleep schedule is pretty decent I guess. I usually go to bed around 2, granted I have to wake up at 6 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Other than that I wake up at around 1030 or 11 with the exception of Sundays.
