I have a lot of trouble falling asleep on days before big tests. I've been sleepin at like 2-3 am for most of the summer and today was the first day of school for me. I only got around 3 hours of sleep from the night before.

What I was thinking I would do is pull an all-nighter tonight(I'm staying home from school by the way on Friday) and then going for as long as I can and hoping to make it to like 6 p.m. and knocking out then.

I need to wake up at around 7 a.m. Do you guys think I'll actually sleep through the whole period from 6 pm to 7 am or is that nuts? Does anyone have a better idea on what I should do?

yeah okay I have a walgreens down the block I’ll go buy it lol. reviews on youtube look good. sort of looks like a candy haha. how long does it take to kick in?

You should try to sleep a lot tonight. Just like I learned in cross country, 2 nights before is the most important.

Also, I only slept like 4 hours before the last ACT I took and I could not concentrate at all and ended up getting a 26 which is what I got before without studying at all and not having time to finish the sections so I guessed on most of the reading and science.

why would two nights before be the most important ■■■■■, im going to tire myself out the most i can and give myself enough time to knock out and then wake up feeling refreshed, i felt terrible when i took the SAT only got 3 hours of sleep.

The 2 nights before makes sure that your brain is truly rested. Sometimes if you stay up late and sleep well the next day, you will feel fine in the morning then get a little foggy. And with the ACT it will happen faster cuz you are going to be bored and not up and anctive just sitting there.
