Slightly confused...

Ok, so I though out of state has higher stats, but today I was looking at my school's naviance family connection to look at statistics, and this is what came up:
average gpa of all students applying: 3.69
average SAT of all students applying: 1812
average gpa of students at my school applying: 3.61
average SAT of students at my school applying: 1720
As you can see, my school's stats are below average. I go to a public school in Minnesota, Hopkins High School, which is currently ranked #14 in the state I believe by Newsweek. This just doesn't line up. btw, 13/28 have gotten in in the past.

All that looks like to me is students who are APPLYING, not students who got accepted. Am I reading that table right? Someone with a 1.0 GPA and a 500 SAT score could apply to UW but it doesn’t mean that they’ll get in.

for my school, i’m not really sure, actually. for the students in general, it’s accepted.
