Will I get accepted into SLU and how much will it cost?

Hard to say. While ACT and GPA are big factors, SLU also looks at service/volunteer work and other factors. Your GPA will prevent you from applying to the Presidential Scholarship, but your great ACT score should help you get one of the other scholarships (Vice President, Deans, University, or another) which can be worth $16,000 - $22,000 per year. These are all based on merit, not financial need. You might be able to call SLU admissions and get a better idea of your total package. They are pretty helpful.
