<p>Yes, most colleges allow students to move in early if they submit a request and opt to pay the additional costs for the housing and food, but generally this is only a week or so before the actual move in date, not months before.</p>
<p>I actually don’t know of any colleges that allow students to move in during the summer right after high school to start taking classes, as the summer term may start some time in May, which could be before you actually get out of school. You could try calling the schools you’re interested in to find out if they have anything like what you’re looking for.</p>
