So here it goes again. I changed my mind. CHANCE ME.

haha heey! im applying to a bunch of the same schools
i'd def say penn's a low reach for you,

and i envy your connections!

Penn (UPenn) - most likely in cuz of legacy im jealous of you
Cornell - low reach
Duke - low reach
Emory and Oxford College - match (why are you applying to a branch campus?)
JHU - reach
Michigan (OOS) - match
Rice - low reach
Tufts - high match
UVA (OOS) - low reach
Wesleyan - low reach
Penn State - safety
Harvard - high reach

you'll definitely get into UPenn ED if you're local, have a parent there, and are legacy.

650 ruins!

I will rate you in the harshest possible light, as if I were a Harvard adcom.

Academics: low
ECs: excellent and shows passion, but your musical talent could have won you awards to prove it.
leadership: average
community service: good

I think you're a bit stretched for the more competitive Ivies. But being a legacy at Penn might help you to get in there.

^oof that is harsh...but harsh is good :)

i did win a lot of music awards. i just didn't feel like listing all of them because it's unnecessary...sorry to CCers who do list every single minute detail!!!

Penn (UPenn) - Low Reach because of legacy status (will only help, though, if you apply ED)
Cornell - lower reach
Duke - lower reach
Emory and Oxford College - match
JHU - lower reach/ high match
Michigan (OOS) - match
Rice - lower reach
Tufts - match
UVA (OOS) - lower reach
Wesleyan - high match
Penn State - safety
Harvard - high reach

Chance me? <a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/562816-sarah-palin-doesn-t-stand-chance-do-i.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/562816-sarah-palin-doesn-t-stand-chance-do-i.html</a></p>

I'd try to retake the SAT just so that you wouldn't give the admissions officers reason to second guess your academics. Otherwise, AP's and everything else are fine.

Penn (UPenn) - Match

Cornell - Low Reach

Duke - Low Reach

Emory - Match, Oxford - Low Match

In case you were talking about Oxford University, your chances are actually really high because of all your 5's on AP tests; however, you need to get all parts of the SAT 700+. But people don't apply to Oxford; they apply to specific courses. For example, the Law program is extremely competitive; however, oriental studies is much less so.

Michigan (OOS) - Match
Rice - Low Reach
Tufts - Match
UVA (OOS) - Low Reach
Wesleyan - High Match
Penn State - Safety
Harvard - Reach

You have a great shot at all
Penn ED should be a low reach. Get the CR up to 700 and you're GOLDEN
very impressive GPA might I add :)

As for the others,
Cornell- Low reach
Duke- Low reach
Emory- High match/match
JHU - low reach
Mich- match
Rice- no idea
Tufts- match/high match
UVA - low reach
Wesleyan - Low reach
Penn State- Low safety???
Harvard - Reach

Return the favor please :) <a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/581852-i-have-potentially-fatal-disease-my-life-up-chance-me.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/581852-i-have-potentially-fatal-disease-my-life-up-chance-me.html</a></p>

Thanks for chancing me! I'm very jealous of your stats haha...you're going to make Penn ED without a hitch in my honest opinion.

Penn (UPenn) - high match/very slight reach
Cornell - high match
Duke - high match/low reach
Emory and Oxford College - low match/match
JHU - high match
Michigan (OOS) - in if you send in early; otherwise, very low match
Rice - not sure, but...match?
Tufts - low match/in
UVA (OOS) - low match/in
Wesleyan - match
Penn State - definitely in
Harvard - 50-50

penn seems to be a decent shot since you've got connections
