Im not gonna lie, its not all muscle, but my thighs are huge and have only a tiny bit of fat. I do more strength workouts then anything. (I cycle alot but the resistance is always waaay up, and maintain around 80rpm). I wear a size 8 jeans and normally medium sized shirts. I have a chest conditions (it hurts if i bounce or run) but im thinking of running through it and getting back into running… not being able to run cuts out almost every sport for me (even swimming since half the workouts are above ground).</p>
<p>oh and I’ve been on one of those machines where you lay down (diagonal) and push with your legs and your body slides up. I think I did 15 of those at like 175 without too much difficulty (may have been more, Im not sure, my legs felt like jelly afterwards o_O)</p>
