<p>I just received the letter today, feels bad. It is normal standard letter that I suppose they send to everyone that didn't get in. However, I'm sort of confused, because I was out of the country for the last couple of months and had no way of paying my application fee. I kept receiving e-mails to "Managing your Rutgers Application" and I was wondering if I would have gotten in if I had payed the fee? Did they look over my application and decide my credentials weren't good enough anyhow? For what its worth, my GPA was 2.75 (Transfer student from NJIT) and my SAT scores were 1700</p>
