So... I will graduate from high school at 16

Hey guys!
I will be graduating from high school at 16 in an international school with an American curriculum (like i studied U.S. History and taking AP Calc AB right now). I have lived in a bunch of foreign countries since the age of four (Russia, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, currently staying in Tajikistan) but I am originally from China (though I only lived in there until four). Other than English and Chinese I speak Russian as well.
My estimated GPA (unweighted ) is around 3.88
My SAT score is not out yet but i think it will be around 1700
My TOEFL is around 96
Consider me with great recommendations and essays (I've been through many difficult situations as I lived in different countries. For example, since my parents worked as diplomats with a focus of anti-terrorism and police, my family and I received two threat letters from terrorist groups when we were in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. Also seen my housekeeper being forced into an arranged marriage and give up her university opportunity.)
I have quite a bit, but not much extracurricular activities:
I raised $1700 for a local orphanage in Tajikistan
I was an intern tri-language interpreter for the Embassy of China in Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
Was a teacher assistant in a Confucius institute.
A librarian in the national library of Tajikistan.
Went to a marketing firm in Hong Kong for an internship.
And a bunch of similar stuff.
I am applying for these Universities:
University of Chicago (reach school)
Boston University
UCLA
Fordham University
Iowa State University

What do you think? Is it possible for me to get in any of these?
Thank you!

Unless you improve your SAT score I don’t think that it will be realistic for you to apply to any of the first four schools. I think that you have an interesting background, but you need to work on your SAT scores to make you more competitive. International applications are competitive as is and unless you can drastically improve your scores I think most of these schools will be out of reach. However, I wish you good luck!

Thank you!!! This helps me a lot. Was not very clear about the score situations. Thanks again!

What does your own guidance counselor say about your list? That person is the one who is most likely to know if it is reasonable.

You also could have a conversation with the counselors at the closest advising center of EducationUSA. They should also have useful ideas for you: https://www.educationusa.info/centers.php</a>

Thanks! I have my own guidance counselor in my school, and she said that my background really means something… She said that finishing highs school in two years (this is why i will graduate at sixteen) really helps a lot as well. She said it is possible for me to go to Boston U.
