<p>Can I write about how people at my school are obsessed with what college they're going to, and how people look at your college to define who you are?</p>

<p>Heck I may even write about how there's a discussion forum called college confidential for many people who are obsessed/paranoid with the college process... :)(myself included oops)</p>
<p>I wouldn't necessarily write about how people are obsessed with which college they're going to because that comes off a little bit like you don't care which college you go to so lets giggle at people who are obsessed. I wouldn't write about college confidential either. It just doesn't seem right to me for some reason. I don't think it'd impress the adcoms. I like the idea of how people look at your college to define who you are. Original, though? I'm not sure.</p>

<p>Well since people look at the college you go to to define who you are, many people worry about college (such as HYPMS) not for the quality of education, but for their image; they simply want to impress others.</p>

like you'd have to be REALLY clever in order not to offend any of the school you're going to, or any of the admissions officers.</p>
<p>Just don't do it. If you don't apply at Harvard or any biiiiiiiiig school, try for example to say how people are obsessed with Harvard.</p>
