<p>I love talking about it with people, like I always just say I can do whatever I want because I’m hispanic. funny stuff.
I was also talking to this white girl today, and she’s part indian, but you would never know. She looks about as white as you can get. and I asked her if she was gonna use it to her advantage. and she basically said that she definitely was.</p>

<p>As an Asian (a racial, 1st gen minority with low income living in America but considered by colleges to be OVER-represented), I must agree. Affirmative action is ********.</p>
<p>Some schools do give AA boosts to Asians (including East Asians and Indians). I believe there was a discussion on the Notre Dame forum about how being Asian counted as a URM there.</p>

Indian as in native american, so I think they do benefit from AA.
I may be wrong though.
