So my brother e-mailed Cornell about score choice...

he e-mailed them last week (2 weeks ago?), and they said that he's allowed to score choice the SUBJECT tests as long as he meets the requirements! All SAT I's, however, have to be reported

Just thought you guys might wanna know

well, this confirms what my friends told me - send ALL reasoning tests, meet subject requirements, and you’ll be fine.

Although this message does seem to contradict what Cornell says on its website…ah well…I trust a live rep is more than a website!!

If we’re sending ACT scores, though…what do we send?

I thought ACT-ers are exempt from subject tests?

…I think they are…? better e-mail/phone them and check. I think ALL ACT scores have to be sent, just like SAT I’s

Subject tests are a different matter - just meet the requirements!

According to the chart, for some colleges ACT-ers are exempt from subject tests

I’m almost 100% positive that each of the 7 colleges have their own policies about SAT II’s

I mean…for CALS, which doesn’t require SAT 2s - are they gonna force you to follow score-choice policies and force you to send those subjects tests, even though they aren’t required for admissions? I highly doubt it.

If in doubt, phone/e-mail

So if I took the ACT 5 times, I have to pay for ALL FIVE test scores to be sent to Cornell?! Some of those scores suck! Please dear God, I just want to send my 33. lol
