<p>A) Application deadline for transfers is March 1 and acceptances usually come out mid to late April. </p>
<p>What will happen with your friend is that they'll send in their updated transcripts with their Spring grades (and their 30 hours of credit) around early May, and once UT has the updated transcripted, UT'll then decide whether or not to admit your friend.</p>

<p>What crs1909 said is correct. I just wanted to add my experience on the time frame for getting accepted. I transferred in this fall after completing my 30 hours at ACC. I carried my transcript over to them the day spring grades were posted and was accepted 8 days later on the website.</p>
