Alright, so I have a tendency to get put off by the massive lists of EC's that many CC'ers have here and manage to upkeep.

I wanted your opinion on my "list." (It's not an extensive list.)

Five days a week, every week, with very few exceptions, I tutor 1st graders in Math and Reading. I have been doing so since 8th grade (but it didn't really "pick up" until my Freshman year) - I'm currently a Junior. I tutor 3 hours a day after school.

Over the summer, I continue this tutoring, while also doing some humanities driven programs - namely Model UN at Harvard Business School and some more local internships around my city having to do with History and communications.

That's it.

I feel like when compared to everyone else's laundry list of EC's, I'm blown out of the water.

Do what you feel you need to do…my E.C`s:
-SCAEL Team (Quiz Bowl)
-Track Team (Spring, well, not even EC, but athletics)
-Will start tutoring freshman soon during study hall
-Will start volunteering soon at either my library or old elementary school
And Im a sophomore, and dont really plan on doing much more, unless something new interests me. And I write for the school newspaper. Im the type of person who does quality, not quantity, and doesnt like a crazy schedule. When track starts, it get crazy because it doesnt get out until 6 P.M. SCAEL is only in the fall, and tutoring doesnt interfere because it`s during the day at school.

If that
s what you feel all you need/like, then you
re fine.

And I forgot to add I
m really active with my youth group. Once spring sports starts, it
s crazy… I don
t get home until 7:00-7:15, and on Wednesdays (youth group nights) not until 9:00-9:15. I live 30 minutes from my high school so that
s a factor in it.
