<p>Put down “counseling office” or not applicable. Write a note in the application if you can. Many people don’t have counselors, so its usually not too much of a problem.</p>
<p>If a counselor isn’t available, your principal/headmaster could fill in your Counselor recommendation. That would be the best choice.</p>
