<p>Oh, man, I hate spending a lot of time (like 10 hours?) on something and not knowing whether that was worth it or not…</p>

<p>If you took the first round its due the 10th. I just finished, 984 words. I’ll clean it up tomorrow and be done with it. If I don’t place out after this theres going to be problems.</p>

<p>I know a guy that goes to Rice and he said out of all of his friends, only 2 placed out of the class. He said its an easy A, so I don’t even know if I wanna try on this. I also kinda suck at writing, so if only a few people are gonna place out, I’m pretty sure I’m not one of them.</p>

<p>its not a big deal. like 2/3rds of rice takes the class. so there are like 6 sections offerred.</p>

<p>No one cares whether you pass or not. give the essays your best shot. if it doesnt work out, then take the class and join a large number of freshmen.</p>

<p>I took the class with 3 of my friends and it was quite a lot of fun</p>

<p>turned mine in like, 3 hours ago. i thought it was gonna be a pain, considering how i don’t like essays, but it took me barely any time at all.</p>

<p>still finishing up mine. once i read the articles, made an outline, and quit procrastinating, the actually essay writing part wasn’t so bad. it takes me a little while longer to edit and shorten the essay though. good luck to everyone! =)</p>

<p>I’m still writing actually! Because I’m a horrible person =] But really, I hate finalizing what quotes I use so that’s why it takes so long.</p>
