if I dropped the 2nd semester college Spanish 4 class I'm signed up for right now?
I already have 3 yrs of Spanish, and this spring I just have so many other things on my plate - multiple academic competitions, science fairs, scholarship/college things, etc. I feel that the Spanish class isnt that necessary and will take up too much stress/time.

I'm already accepted to MIT, so dropping this class wouldnt make them rescind the offer would it?

I already put this course down on my other apps, but if in the spring they see I didn't take it, would they reject me?

Please help and give your opinion, thankeeee so much, and Merry merry merry Christmas!! ^_^

TheRest - I don't think dropping Spanish 4 is going to have any impact at all. You already have plenty of foreign language for MIT. Just make sure you fill that time with something worthwhile and keep your grades up in your other classes.

JSuresh - it depends on what you want to drop. I don't think I'd drop, say, calculus.

[Keep in mind that people here can only give you their opinions. If you want something official, it's always best to check with admissions. Try sending this question to Matt or Ben's blog.]

yea im thinking of dropping model UN (at my school it is an actual class), just because its getting pretty boring. i mean giving outrageous speeches has been fun but after a while even that gets old..
