so yo, chance me for end of first semester Echols

Say my grades at the end of the semester look like this:

BIOL 317 A
FREN 334 A
LNGS 325 A
LNGS 325d A
CHEM 181 A
CHEM 181L C

(All are 3 credit courses except for the discussion.)

Are my chances effectively ruined? (The lab is much harder than the lecture! It should totally get 6 credits from the amount of time I spend on it.) Will it make a difference whether it was C- or C+? Or even B-? And what if an A- shows up somewhere? (This is assuming I make the 3.6 cut.)

I started my lab course off on a really bad footing but I plan to make up for that next semester!

At least you get credit for a lab. Try having a 3-hour lab for no credit with an end-of-semester project that ended up making it a 5-6 hour lab.

You have a long shot, but there will be people with 4.0s applying. And, you’ll need to excel in the other supplements as well.
