<p>yeah maryland girl and I both did. THat makes my grants and scholarships 10,000. Not bad.</p>

<p>No, it's taken off of the information on your FAFSA. I think it just goes by how low your EFC is. You can't specifically apply for it.....it's just awarded if needed I'm pretty sure. That's what they told me when I called MHEC.(Maryland Higher Education Commission)</p>
