Social life without being in a frat

<p>Does anyone know how Duke's social life is without being in a frat? I like to have a good time and hang out, but I'm not into the whole hazing (I know its not supposed to happen, but it does) and heavy drinking/drug use. </p>

<p>I'd like to have a good time with some cool people though, so would not joining a frat limit my friends and chances to hang out with some cool guys and meet some nice girls?</p>
