Soda to Dwinelle

If my Telebears goes according to plan, I'll have a class in Soda, then a class in Dwinelle right afterwards. How long does it take to walk this? I know I probably won't be able to make it in 10 minutes, but is it doable in 15 minutes?

It depends which classroom in Dwinelle you are going to. But it should be between 12~14 minutes.

It’s a downhill walk, I think it should be a bit faster than estimated! 15 minutes seem do-able (I’m pretty slow/sluggish!).

Less than half a mile, according to gmap-pedometer.com[/url”>http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/]gmap-pedometer.com .

It is also downhill.

You could totally make it in well under 15 minutes if you walk at a quick pace and have long legs

I’ve managed to be mostly on time this semester going from Dwinelle to Cory/Hearst three times a week. That’s do-able in 10 minutes (and also uphill). Soda’s a bit farther, but 15 should be plenty of time.

Alternatively, go to Soda tomorrow, and time yourself walking to Dwinelle. Then decide if you want to do that next semester.

It’s not so bad, I’m doing the exact same thing 3 times a week now. If it’s the second floor of Soda, it can be a little worse since the elevator is super crowded around class-changing time, so I highly advice using the stairs instead.

If it’s not the second floor, and you just want to go to 145/155 (i.e. the popular, big lecture room), then it’s doable in 7 minutes downhill. Just cross the street right across from Soda (aka don’t go down to the intersection of Hearst and Euclid and wait for the green light there), then run across memorial glade past Moffitt to Dwinelle. If it’s not 145/155, you can still make it in ~10-15 minutes and you may be a little late, but meh. Just time yourself like failure622 said.

Also, if the class at Soda is the lab/discussion, they usually let you out early, especially the lab if you can finish early and get checked off. No worries tbh.
