<p>I wanted to share this, solely because it has helped me through some terrible stuff and I thought that maybe some other people might find it helpful, especially amidst the often cruel and unfavorable nature of high school.</p>
<p>Even if you're the villain of someone else's story, you must be the hero of your own story. Regardless of what you've done in the past, you need to be your own superhero. You could be the superhero that just woke up this morning and decided that nothing that happened before this very moment matters, and that from here on out, they're gonna be righteous and hold doors for people and drink more water and kick a** in Calculus III and call their grandmother more. Happiness is an inside job. If you can make yourself believe that you really are a hero in some way, then you'll lead a more positive life.</p>
<p>This is probably really lame. I'm sorry, LOL.</p>
