Today I made an application for University of iowa, but after I completed all informations, I didn't see any required essays! I also didn't see any requirements for high school transcrips or recommend letters. Do you know why?

check princeton review's page for iowa to find out what you need if its unclear on the actual site. But you will definetely need transcripts, not sure about the others

You must have high school send official transcript and testing agency send official test score.

Iowa has on its site minimum requirements for admission -- you calculate an index and can get info to do so on-line. If you are applying to Arts & Sciences college and meet its minimum, you will be admitted. Engineering has a different/higher minimum and if you meet it, you will be admitted. In-state has lower minimum than out of state applicants. Applicants who do not meet the minimum can apply and request "individual review." If you request that, you do submit a personal statement and two recommendation letters; otherwise those things are not required.

LOTS of colleges and universities don't require any essays. This is especially true of large public universities that base admissions on grades and ACT/SAT exam scores.

As for your specific questions about the U of Iowa application, you need to pick up the telephone and call the admissions office, or send them an email. They will be able to tell you exactly what you need to do in order to complete your application.

Good luck!

Nope, they don't need them. Iowa being such a low populated state does not have real competitive admissions.
