<p>I called Admissions today, and they said that they already have the decisions for most of the applicants, and that they’re just wrapping things up. So that’s it…somewhere on a desk at Penn is a paper that say if u got in or not.</p>
<p>Well isn't that obvious? I mean they really get through them pretty quick. :) I've noticed adoffices tend to spend (waste?) most of the time getting everything organized</p>
<p>Last year someone talked to admissions around this time and they said the last week is spent stuffing those envelopes and testing the online notification system. There were also a few decisions that were made up til the last moments!</p>
<p>But, yeah, how scary is that?</p>
<p>that is just so nerve-wrecking... knowing that your decision is out there but you can't access it!</p>
<p>Ay Dude, one of the adcoms honestly told you that? Flat out that they were ready with most of the decisions?</p>
<p>yea, i've been assuming that but it's weird to have it confirmed. i wish they would just, you know, pick up the phone and give me a call. haha. i would pass out.</p>

<p>How long does a first reader spend looking at our application? I've heard estimates ranging from 2 to 15 minutes</p>
<p>I heard 30 minutes by a regional director.</p>
