Some problems with my Vandy Application

<p>I sent everything in but my high school might not have sent the complete transcript and secondary school report yet. I left them a note on Monday and mistakenly told them that it needed to be postmarked by 3/1, but I think they need to GET it by that date since that's their priority deadline.</p>

<p>Anyway, there was a snowstorm over here and the high school was closed yesterday and today. If they didn't send it on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and they send it next week do you think that'll be a problem? Vandy sent me an e-mail reminding me of the 3/1 priority deadline and said they still review applications received after that date. But I'm worried cause I have a 3.7 GPA through 2 years of college and I don't know if I'll get in even though I'm Puerto Rican and from the inner city (NY- Manhattan) because I'm sure a lot of people applied with 4.0s and superior SAT scores.</p>

<p>I also didn't send my FAFSA and CSS until February 16th. The priority FA deadline was 2/1. That was because I didn't plan on completing my application to Vandy but changed my mind last second.</p>

<p>What do you think's going to happen as far as my application and my financial aid package go?</p>

<p>Well, they seem fairly flexible about dates, so I wouldn’t panic.</p>

<p>And don’t panic if Vandy tells you they don’t have something yet, either. They don’t seem to be very good at keeping the computerized records consistent with student files.</p>

<p>I talked to my admissions counselor regarding fafsa/css, and he told me that as long as we get them in by March 1, financial aid will be processed fine if we are to be admitted.</p>
